Become a TCM Prayer Partner!
|
Prayer partners are the foundation of Thriving in Christ Ministries (TCM). They become the frontline of all that we do or hope to accomplish. Fellow believers from around the world have committed themselves to praying for Thriving in Christ Ministries on a regular basis.
Paul writes in Colossians 4:2 (NASB): Devote yourselves to prayer, keeping alert in it with an attitude of thanksgiving.
If you feel the prompting of the Holy Spirit to become a TCM Prayer Partner, we are asking you to commit to pray at least once a week for the ministry. In return, you will know that you are an important part of this ministry and you will receive our Praise & Prayer report sent out on a regular basis.
You can signup below. This will direct you to our mailing list registration. Please be sure to check the box for Prayer Team. Thank you and God bless you.

Thriving in Christ Ministries was founded on Matthew 5:16 - "Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works and glorify your father who is in heaven."
The ministry team is committed to helping others grow and thrive in Christ by encouraging believers to take God's Word to heart, apply it to their lives and be transformed and renewed in their faith. Our desire and prayer is that you rise and shine for Jesus. Live life in the fullest!

Ken Marshall is Barbara's husband and greatest cheerleader
"Going back to Sept 2nd 1985, the day we first met on the tennis court, until now, I have never known Barbara to take anything on with less than all out enthusiasm. From that day until now, Barb and I have gone through many of life's challenges, always to find that God waits for us on the other side. I believe this is the reason Barb is so passionate about the ministry. It has become abundantly clear that Barb's true passion is to help others get through difficult times by showing others how to live as if God has already provided for their needs. Barb uses experiences from our own lives, as well as others, to illustrate His provision, direction, and purpose for our lives with the ultimate goal of doing more than just surviving, but thriving in Christ.
As a former high school teacher, and current businessman, I not only appreciate, but feel it necessary that Barb's ministry go forward. I am confident that her audience will find her energetic, entertaining, and most important, influential in helping others to thrive in Christ." |

"I am 75 years old and have known Jesus Christ as my Savior and friend for 65 of those years. I have been married to my teenage sweetheart for 54 years and we have three children who also call Jesus their Savior and friend.
I am excited to be a part of the team that supports Barbara T. Marshall's Thriving in Christ Ministries. In this world of turmoil, unrest, broken lives and hearts, Barbara brings hope by sharing her own journey in finding the way to "Thriving in Christ." Her ever-expanding knowledge of the Bible and its teaching reinforces that message of hope and reconciliation." |

"Spanning over the past decade, I have enjoyed one of the most meaningful friendships with my dear friend, Barbara. I owe her a debt of gratitude for having taken the time out of her busy schedule over the years not only to mentor me, but also to stand by me during some of the most difficult circumstances. I have had the privilege of working closely in association with Barbara over three years and have a great appreciation for her strong work ethic and professionalism. I fully support her vision, as she follows in obedience to God's call to spread the gospel of Christ in the public arena." |

Carolyn wears many "hats", but first and most important is her love for Jesus (her "forever friend"). She has been married to her college sweetheart for 44 years. Three daughters, son-in-laws, and seven grandchildren bless her life. By profession, she is a Registered Nurse, but now helps manage her husband's Periodontal practice.
"Passionate, enthusiastic and focused describe Barbara's ministry. Her heart's desire is to share with others how to know Christ-and to thrive in Christ. Her appeal reaches all ages and all groups. Whatever she does, she gives 100%. Whether talking to a spiritual group or doing a personality training seminar, you will be delighted!" |

Donna Anderson, Advisory Board Secretary
It was truly an honor to be asked to serve on the Board of TICM. I have been inspired and challenged in my spiritual journey by Barbara's passion for sharing her love for Christ through personal testimony and written word. Her enthusiasm for connecting with people in uplifting and meaningful ways is compelling.
Donna has been a follower of Christ since her pre-teen years. She enjoys giving God the glory at every opportunity in her workplace, which is currently as Professional Assistant/Registrar at Ukiah Junior Academy, but she has worked as Patient Care Coordinator in several of the medical offices, as well as a secretary at Ukiah Valley Medical Center. She has a genuine love for people of all ages. |
